BakBalls® is easy to use - simply lie them on the floor or lean against them in sitting to relieve pain and stiffness. Their unique patented design exerts localised pressure directly onto painful stiff joints and tight muscles replicating a Physiotherapy or massage treatment.

• Black (firm density) is the right product for you if you prefer strong manual treatments and prefer the intense feeling from strong massages
